Pricing: All prices are quoted per person in AUD including GST and are on a seasonal basis.

Payment: Deposit and payment conditions apply as follows:

• Bookings made more than 60 days prior to departure are required to pay an AUD $500 deposit per person to secure the booking.
• Bookings made 60 days or less prior to departure are required to make full payment to secure the booking.
• Online payment to be made by credit card (surcharge applies). Single supplement: All accommodation is twin share. To guarantee single accommodation, a surcharge of 75% of the full price will apply. a surcharge of $500 will apply. Requests for guaranteed single accommodation must be made at the time of booking.

Children: The walk is recommended only for children of 12 years and over. No child discount applies.

Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure, a fee of $350 per person will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 60 to 90 days of departure, a fee of 50% of the full rate will be charged.
• For cancellations made within 60 days of departure, no refund is available; however, you may be able to postpone your booking.
• Cancellation, with no refund, will take effect if you fail to arrive at the pre-arranged meeting place at the time stipulated.
• No refund will be paid if you voluntarily leave your walk after it has commenced. No refund will be paid if you need to leave the walk for reasons of bereavement, injury or illness.
• Travel insurance and medical insurance is strongly recommended.

Changes: Booking change fees apply as follows:

1. For postponements to bookings made more than 90 days prior to departure, there is no charge to change your departure date.
2. For postponements to bookings made between 60–90 days prior to departure, there is a $350 charge to change the departure date.
3. We do not accept postponements inside 60 days of departure. Travel insurance and medical insurance are therefore strongly recommended.

Public Holiday Surcharge: If your departure falls on a public holiday, an increased walker rate will be automatically applied to your departure to cover the increased cost of operation. To see a full list of applicable public holidays, click here.
